Helvetic Crest Advisors treats discretion as a professional duty. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — for example, through the contact form on this site.

What we collect. Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, family or company name (optional) and the content of your message. We also record the time of submission and a one-way, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address and email address, used only to limit automated abuse of the form.

Why we may process it. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us, and in protecting the integrity of our systems. We do not use these details for marketing and we do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored. Enquiries are stored in a managed database hosted outside Mauritius by our infrastructure provider. Submitting the form therefore involves a cross-border transfer of personal data, which is a regulated act under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017. Access is restricted to the firm; the website itself has no ability to read stored enquiries.

How long we keep it. Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after submission. Abuse-prevention fingerprints are deleted within 24 hours.

This site does not use advertising trackers and sets no non-essential cookies. Standard technical logs may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

Your rights. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to its processing, please write to contact@helveticrestadvisors.com. Security issues may be reported to security@helveticrestadvisors.com.
